My story
After ten years in corporate and investment banking at Société Générale, another version of me was ready to emerge.
Life led me to an acting studio, and to the craft of being oneself on stage: truthful, instinctive, expressive. It was there that I first noticed the mask I had been wearing, at work and in life. Acting taught me that it is all right to drop that mask, and to stop playing the role I assumed others expected of me. In the process I grew familiar with my own feelings, desires, conditioning and patterns of behaviour. I learned how people behave, what moves them, and how powerful our actions become when feeling and thinking finally align.
From there the questions went deeper. I trained as a coach and as an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor in the humanistic and psychodynamic traditions, studying how people are shaped, how they defend themselves, and how they are set free. That is why this work reaches further than most leadership development. It goes to the beliefs and patterns beneath behaviour, not only the behaviour itself.
Today I bring those worlds together to help leaders and organisations lead with more presence. Underneath all of it is one thing: the work of becoming your real self.
Where I work
Based in London, bilingual in French and English. I have lived in five countries, and work with leaders from different cultures.
I have led programmes with clients from the United States, Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East, Nigeria and Southeast Asia.
I also see a small number of private psychotherapy clients through my separate practice, Bonnefont Therapy.
